I cannot find a steering wheel for my car, can you build one for me?
The answer is yes! Depending on availability of steering wheel cores for your car, a custom steering wheel can be made for your car (with the same list of extensive options available for other cars!). Will I lose the heating functionality with my new steering wheel?
Yes, that functionality would be lost unfortunately due to the change in materials and thickness of the steering wheel, as well as the different materials used. However, many clients living in colder regions tend to opt for Alcantara or simply swap back in their OEM steering wheel during the winter months, as it is a very straightforward swap that should not take more than 30-60 minutes.
Why is the LED display not 100% synced with my speedometer and tachometer?
Given that the LED unit receives information wirelessly from the OBD2 module via Bluetooth, some delay is to be expected. In addition, cars' speedometers tend to over-read by about 5-10%.
Will I receive a complete steering wheel?
Depends on the steering wheel being ordered. However the simple answer is no as you would have to swap the airbag as well as the casing, multifunction controls, and trim pieces in some cases. Multifunction controls may be included with the steering wheel received, however those are complimentary and we recommend you install your OEM controls.

How long does shipping take?
With our free worldwide shipping, a variety of postal services and couriers are used. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4-5 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
How long until my order is processed?
Once your order is placed and payment is received, an email confirmation containing a summary of your order will be sent to the email address associated with your user account if you are a registered user or the email address you provided during checkout if you placed the order as a guest. Your order is then processed at our end within 48 hours. Some orders are shipped directly from manufacturers, so please allow 1-7 days for them to process your order. At this point, you will receive another email containing your tracking information which you can use to track your order. How can I track my package?
To track your package you can either follow the link provided in the order tracking email or copy the tracking number and paste it into the Order Tracker.
How can I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with your product, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, and order number. Please refer to our return policy. All products include a 6 month warranty valid from the delivery date of the item. Any repair or replacement of the item itself does not extend the duration of the warranty period. Warranty is limited and does include parts which, by their nature or use, are subject to normal wear, or inevitable deterioration (Leather, Alcantara, LEDs, carbon fiber fade). The item(s) to be repaired or replaced must be delivered back to us at the purchaser's expense and risk. Improper installation that may lead to damage of the item is not covered under warranty, therefore professional installation is always recommended.
Why are there items missing from my order?
This is normally caused by items that are shipped directly from manufacturers and suppliers. When your order is placed, it is processed and shipped with all items that are currently in stock. The remainder of the order is shipped as it arrives at no additional charge to you.
